George PI paid for a dolly that I did not get, no straps, no blankets. They did not have the truck at the location I was to pick it up at and had to go 15 miles to pick it up from a lock box. Upon return, the location in Elkton Va does not exist, had to drive 18 miles to Harrisburg. For the almost $500 cost from Pittsburg to VA, I would have hoped for better treatment.
Frank RYou phone app is not user friendly at all. I even spoke with my son about this and he agreed and he’s pretty tech savvy. It’s clunky in my opinion.
James DThe only recommendation would be to inform the customer that if you can’t pick it up when you reserved it, you have to get the pickup time changed or the mobile app won’t work.
