I hate that I schedule a pick up or drop off at one location, and then the reservation is for another one. This happened with my original reservation for u-boxes. When I called the customer support line to get clarification about u-box storage (location, if it was climate controlled, how to reserve for multiple months) it took 30 minutes and my questions weren't answered at all. Mad that I had wasted so much time, I called this location directly and they took care of everything quickly and cheerfully. Same when I came in to pick up the equipment. This location did a great job.

It was quick and I really appreciate efficiency. I have no complaints about the service or the price. The truck on the other hand I did have one huge problem with. The side mirrors only have two settings and neither of them allowed me to see the lanes next to me to merge. It was really really dangerous and I highly suggest looking into that.

This is the 1st time I was in and out in about 15 mins. The miscommunication between a reservation from corporate to the store is rediculous. The other few times I’ve rented it took at least 20-30 mins to get out of the store. Although other times the truck has been really clean on the inside. Yesterday’s rental Had really dusty interior and the hood had a lot of bird droppings. Also, the attendant told me the truck was topped off And told me that I needed to be topped off again all right be charge for an hour is a gallon for the gas. When I got in the gas gauge was not topped off it was about a line above the full Mark I took pictures of this as well as the dusty interior.

I rented the Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaning machine for 24 hours. I noticed after I got the machine to my house that the filter and grey water tank was dirty. The filter was dirty and caked with grime. I just wanted to let manager at this location know that the machine was not rented to me in a clean condition. I returned the machine clean the next day after I was finished using it. Other than that, this location and the staff have above average service skills compared to the majority of other businesses in the area.

The original location for my truck did not have on. This cost me over an hour of moving time and the Uhaul location still took a deposit for no truck. then I was sent to miles down the road to get a truck. Not a good experience.

The clerk named Derek at the Mesa uhaul referred us to Gilbert for the trailer we rented. He was extremely helpful. My question is why none of the metal trailers are allowed to leave the state? We rented a fully enclosed one-it turned out okay.

My last experience was terrible. I was overcharged and they blamed my bank for a second charge for my rental. My second experience was much more hectic, yet uhaul made it easier. I had to extend my rental for an extra day and they were extremely courteous and made it as painless as a 48 hour move can be. I would recommend this location but advise against having Andrew help you with your rental needs. He is not helpful and does not trouble shoot.

I can't think of anything to improve on. I arrived at Uhaul to pick up the truck I'd reserved. It took about 3 minutes to complete the paperwork. The truck was brought to me and I was off. Finished using the truck in 2 hours. Everything about the truck was great it was clean and worked perfect for my job. Back to Uhaul to return. It took about 5 minutes and I was on my way.

The loading door was broken. It got stuck every time we opened it. The person at the location was aware of this before we left but didn't offer us a different truck. I thought that using the app with the online checkin process would make things easier and faster. It didn't. Actually, I think it was more of a pain than just walking in and checking in at the counter. I suppose it makes things easier for the folks that run the place though because they don't have to deal directly with their customers.

My original location did NOT have my pickup truck ready for me so they asked me to go to this location instead, which cost me an extra 8miles to go vs the original location. Disappointed in that the Shell Mini Mart Uhaul in gilbert, AZ didn’t have my reservation AND I was not offered in discount deals...that’s a shame.

Well the self serve was ok. It was hot outside. You have to do all the take pics ..send drive license.. Wait to be verified.. Then after wards you back into office just to wait in line to be handed a key.. Could of did all that and did have wait outside in the heat. Then when returning after hours you have to process the difference of what you owe n error. It was processed next day but not sure why erroring money was there.. Doesnt make it easier to do self serve.. Next time ill just go in and speak to rep. To get everything down..
