Staff was rude and I was told that I could have the truck for two days and when I arrived at the location for pick up, I was told I could have it for a day at same price.. Staff did not act knowledge me and just all sitting around like they were at home.

I had to give a 5 star review for Tanner's service at the Gilbert Heritage location. He was very professional, polite and patient with me & my parents. He gave me and my family advice on supplies we needed. He helped make our moving experience a lot less painful. This was customer service at it's finest! Thank you Tanner!

The people were very rude with poor attitudes and did not communicate. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes staring at the computer and I had to ask if there was an issue before being told there was an issue with my account (which I told them when I walked in). This is after trying to pickup at the location on Wilbur rd and not being able to because the location decided not to open at 7am when they were supposed to. I waited until 7:42 (overall a terrible company and I would not recommend the location at 1230 N Gilbert Rd Gilbert, AZ 85234 or the location at 1128 S Wilbur Mesa, AZ 85210)

I was charged $6 for gas because the fuel gage was not pinned to the end, but I drove only 8 miles and brought it back with the gage in the exact spot in was when I picked up the truck. That took only $2 to cover the 8 miles. The kid that brought the truck back in would not budge on the subject and said that I should have taken a picture of the gage. How would I even think to do that. The level of customer service was horrible and my experience was horrible. Your employee could not keep is mask up and my wife had to ask him to step back from our vehicle. The only way I will consider using U Haul again will be if I get a refund on the $6. It is not the money, it is the principle. Your employees need to learn a little more about how to treat a customer.

One of the tires on the auto transport was pretty bald and I was going 1500 miles. I pointed it out and they exchanged the transport for one with new tires. I was on my way in 20 min with no issues. The staff was very good

This past Saturday, 1/23/21, I forgot my wallet in the cup-holder of my rental truck when I returned it. Once I got home and realized I had left my wallet, I returned to the U-Haul location (1230 N. Gilbert Rd, Gilbert, AZ) and spoke to the manager to retrieve it. The staff said they did not find a wallet and after searching the truck, it was gone (it had been an hour and a half between the time I returned the truck and the time I returned to retrieve my wallet). The employee who checked the truck in (young man with gauged ears) would not look at me or acknowledge me as I was speaking to his manager right beside him and I suspect it was him who stole my wallet. I chose to leave the store before I lost my temper, but this U-Haul location has a thief on staff. I have filed a police report and canceled my cards, but I know I will not get my wallet back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS U-HAUL LOCATION!!!

I was a few minutes before closing to drop off my Uhaul. I sat in the Uhaul and waited for someone to help me. 2 employees walked by me said they would get someone to help. At 7:01pm a guy came out and said sorry we're closed you will have to return it yourself. Really? Not happy about the customer service or lack there of.

made online reservation for baseline and lindsey in Mesa AZ got There did not have trailer in stock. The guy on main street acted like we interrupted his morning about being there was not very happy about having to help us. Sent me across town to uhaul on Gilbert and Houston Had equipment and rep was very Good about his Job and fixed me up without a problem Thank to the lady at uhaul.com

Rented from Uhaul probably close to 10 times last 6 months. If I ever need another trailer I will do everything in my power to rent from someone else. Heck, I'd rather buy my own trailer than rent from Uhaul. Geez, I rented a bunch up in the state of WA then again down here in AZ, and your employees treated me like garbage and like they were doing me a favor. If I want to pay to get treated poorly...I'm not thinking very clearly. You asked
