One young man working Saturday morning. He saw me pull up but did not acknowledge me. He turned and jumped in a truck to park it. When he came back from parking the truck he started to walk right by me. I asked if this is where I should drop the trailer. He said ya that’s fine. You can unhook it and leave it there. I asked him if he would unhook it. He said I guess I can. But I could tell he was put out. The service business might not be for this young man.

Quick reservation and pickup.
Douglas LWe originally were supposed to go through another location (the one on Hawes). They were very annoying and gave us a horrible experience. Thankfully, We were able to go through this location, and they were MUCH easier to work with.
Scott BThe Uhaul representative who called me the day before my reservation did not actually set it up, so when I arrived to the pickup location I was unable to use the app to get the key. After waiting and talking to customer support, I was again held up due to having a temporary license. I had confirmed with the Uhaul representative the day before that a temporary paper license would work, and she was incorrect. If my dad had not been with me with a permanent drivers license, I would not have been able to use the truck at all. Wasted an hour of my time before I could get the truck...
Michael KI am so disappointed. When I spoke to the Castle Rock location, I explained my concerns. I wa an advised that his psychologist tells him people renting vehicles are 80% distraught. No wonder if that is the service provided! The person didn’t know how to assist with using the ap to check out the rental. Poor service!
