Repeat customer at this location. Smooth in and out for a 1.5 day rental. I'd recommend using the 24/7 truck share check in/out method as the shop's office staff hours are not always 1-1 with the service bay staff who are not as well versed on the UHaul side. Truck was a bit aged but seemingly well maintained + ran well enough.

We had a great experience picking up our uhaul rental from this location in gilroy. We were disappointed that we had to drive there from San Jose to do it, but the staff here made it worthwhile. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. The truck was clean, photos taken and ready to go in a very short time.
