The location was fine and the employee was helpful and nice. However this was the worst experience with Uhaul that I’ve ever had. I was supposed to get my truck in Hollister. The day before I was to pick it up I just happened to go in to the Hollister store and found out the truck would be in Gilroy and the trailer I reserved was at another location in Gilroy. There were no furniture pads even though I had reserved 2 dozen. Thankfully the assistants, Alex and Laura in “traffic” were very helpful and kept my already high stress level down and straightened everything out.

Made a reservation and they changed the time and location without my consent. I requested equipment to make my move easier and they told me that wasn’t available until I was there picking up the vehicle. The vehicle smelled like animal feces and was stained of feces.

This place was awesome! I was running behind due to a bad accident outside of town creating traffic jams throughout my city of Gilroy. It literally took over 45 minutes to drive the 4 miles from my home to their shop. They waited for me, took in my trailer and got me out of there within 2 minutes. Thank you so much for the patience, understanding and professionalism.
