The self return system for trailers wasn’t clear and the software application would not allow me to enter the pick-up date.

This location has no customer parking available. I had to park a block away in a residential area and walk to the rental center. Plus my reservation at 6991 Monterey Rd at 8:00 AM was fulfilled. No truck was there and I had to wait to 9 AM at 6310 Monterey Rd.
Charles SEverything went fine. Truck and requested supplies were available. Only problem was truck’s A/C did not work and it was a 90+ day. Lets make sure everything is working
