outstanding experience

Derrick WWas disappointed that I had to pick up the trailer from a different location than I have reserved it for. I had to drive one hour to get there and there was no regret or offset (like discount or the like) from U-Haul. Other than that all was great as always, but U-Haul could loose customers by showing such a poor empathy. Overall mediocre experience and service.
