Used twice too make the same trip with same miles in a one week frame. was over charged both times from what was told during rental. was told would be about $116. First trip was charged 130 plus 15 for insurance plus gas. second trip Wich was exactly the same I was charged 142 plus 15 for insurance plus gas. overall the experience was not the best and was charged decently more then when I scheduled.

MARK LI arrived at the pickup locations in Gilroy at 7 am. It was not easy job with a smart phone 24/7 pickup procedure. My son and I spent more than half hour and after we processed it, there were none in side truck such equipment and blankets. I contacted U Haul rep again. I could not move out a truck because it was parker too close to other truck. I had really hard time. The pickup location's business hours at 9 am. wow wow.... Finally the staff came to a place before 9 am....
