The people who work here don't seem to understand the UHaul app. They also are not english speakers (none of them) and the language gap is pretty bad. It took SO long for me to pick up the truck! The gal helping me prioritized the gas customers (I understand that) but it seemed like she completely started OVER everytime we were interrupted! It was at LEAST 40 minutes to pick it up. She kept telling me she didn't have a dolly (I didn't need one, nor did I reserve one), she didn't have enough blankets (I was fine with less, but how do we document that)? The guy who came to read mileage and gas when I returned spoke ZERO english and answered all of my questions wrong (and the 3 people hanging out behind the counter inside made no moves to help). Again, after nearly 30 minutes, I was able to finalize the return. Do better, please, people!

Mileage and gas tank information on contract was wrong compare to actual inside the truck. Immediately reported to guy and lady. Both promise me that they will fix on the contract but never got fixed. When I returned the truck I had to waited over an hour to close the contract because different guy was working and charging me $500 approx because of mileage and gas. I can’t trust them and will never recommend.
Abishek Mperson processing the uhaul order is processing order on cell phone (slow) while taking customers at the same time. they alow customers to go first while slowly scrolling thru phone to process order. overestimated amount of gas but actually had only 1/8 vs 1/4. It doesn't feel like a friendly customer service experience. Gave me my keys with no direction and I ask where is the truck, looked at me seemly stupid and pointed like i should know. Average at best but Uhaul was in good conditioin.

THERON LCounter help was kind, polite, and friendly; but didn’t understand English very well. In all fairness, would be nice if they had a U Haul Terminal, not using their phone. Was quite difficult to negotiate the transaction. However the area Rep. DJ helped me famously. All-in-all, move was successful, and done. Truck worked out great!
