While the pick up location and staff was fine, the process for getting a truck was a disaster that greatly impacted our moving day. Specifically, I rented a larger truck three weeks before my rental date. The night before, when we still had received no call from UHaul to work out the details of our reservation, we called and were informed that our truck was not available. They could not solve our problem for us, so we eventually needed to call around ourselves to find a local available truck, settling on a truck far smaller than we needed. As a result, we needed to spend extra money on gas, tolls, and mileage, as we could not move in one trip as planned. When I disputed the extra mileage charge upon return, I did not receive a call within 48 hours as I was told I would. Instead, a week later, I was simply charged for the mileage. I called immediately and was told I would receive a call to discuss the issue. Three days later, I still have not. Overall, I have been incredibly disappointed with my UHaul experience.

The vehicle had less than 1/8th tank of gas. I was offered a $25 refund on the price when I brought it back to the drop of location. When I went to drop it off the lady at the gas station sashe d she didn’t know about that because it would cut into her money. I said she needed to call the location I rented it from because that is what I was told. She called them but still acted like it was a problem. As it turns out it was supposedly already given to me as a credit when I picked the vehicle up.

Nothing wrong with the pick up location, the guy was awesome. My issue was that my pick up location was changed TWICE the same day and had me driving all over town the morning we were trying to move. Horrible experience.

I drove this truck 12 miles RT. Pickup location to my house, then direct to storage. Then to drop off. We were always on blacktop. I saw my man sweep it out and gave him a trash bag for the trash. The truck was clean!! This is my 3rd rental (within 45 days) and the 2nd rental from this location so I'm aware that truck has to be clean. He's lying saying there was mud in the back. I wasn't anywhere near any mud. I don't need this unnecessary aggravation. It's just a way for hin to make extra money. I have to rent another truck this weekend but it WON'T BE FROM THIS LOCATION! !

I was able to pick up a working truck from this location. The proprietor attempted to charge me an additional fee for truck rental. But after a more clearer conversation, I was able to keep the same reservation and leave this location. I dropped this vehicle off at 2100 Emmorton Park Drive without any issues.

I had to come to this location because I had a reservation at another location and they were closed! So I came to this location and they were able to reserve me another truck right then and there. I was a little confused because you have to reseve the uhaul at the Exxon but pick it up from next door at the other gas station. The only problem I had with them is returning it. When I went to return it and fill up the gas, the power at the gas station was out, I waited about 10 minutes before I went back to the other gas station across the street to fill up the tank. But I do understand that the power outage probably wasn't under their control. Other than that their service was great.

This was the 3rd place I went after 1.5 hours of running around and not being able to pick up the truck at my original destination. It was a terrible morning and terrible experience overall. When I got to this location the gentlemen was amazing. He was kind hebwas funny he laughed and joked with me and he made it easy to get the truck and get going.

Have lights on at night, indicate where the lockbox is, leave notes telling customer service where lockbox is. The complete lack of lights was incredibly unsafe and I spent 20 minutes in the dark looking for a lockbox

Did not have our online reservation. Had to do another reservation. Truck did not have a hand truck in back when got back to our house to load up. Fortunately only had about 10-12 pieces of furniture and some boxes to load and move to a storage unit.
