Very good experience, and Honest
Pros: The truck and equipment were good and the staff was friendly. Cons: The location is a bit run down and crowded with vehicles. It was somewhat difficult to get the truck out of the spot where it was parked.
The agent at return was punctual and friendly. Our only disappointment was a small, unexpected fuel surcharge ($6.38) that was added to our invoice (along with 28 "extra" miles, which we expected to pay for), apparently because they felt the gas needle was a bit lower than when we rented. That wasn't the case, as a nominal 3/4 of a tank has a little leeway either direction and we filled it to where it started. I even pumped in $5.00 more when the needle was a bit lower after the first fueling round (at the same station). The way to avoid this is to have the tank start and return full, removing any subjectivity. Otherwise, the return was efficient and expeditious.
Instructions about identifying the vehicle on 24/7 self service pickup are not too clear. I thought the vehicle ID was referring to the tag when it was a number located elsewhere on the vehicle. I wasted some time figuring this out. Also, on return, the location does not have a drop box. I had to spend time walking all around the complex and then by chance stopped by the store in the adjacent gas station to ask the store keeper about the uhaul dropbox. Then he told me to leave it with him. This was highly inefficient. The instructions should be clear what the options for leaving the key are and should not be a guessing game.
The only problem I had on my trip was the windshield wipers. One came off twice (drivers side) while it's raining hard. Had to drive for an hour without windshield wipers. Only problem I had.
Could provide "blankets" to wrap/cover some of the items...for sale or rent...or with a deposit?
Costumer service . Was a hassle to return the truck. At the counter, Right before closing I was asked to go back and talk to someone in the garage . Noone at the garage. Went back inside and lady at counter suggested to go back and.look for this guy in the garage or I would be charge an Xtra $20 if truck wasn't checked back in before closing at 7. Your was 6:45. At the end and after going back and forth to the office 4 times I dropped keys in after hours keybdrop".

The gentleman was very polite and informative. I would recommend everyone who needs to rent a uhaul to this location.
Stating that there is no actual "drop box" at this location would be a help.
I was charged for Safemove insurance although I did not request it. I want that money refunded back to me. I called and confirmed the order a day prior to picking the vehicle up and told them again that I did not want the insurance. The truck was out of alignment, the transmission was slipping and there was a short in the electrical system. It was not safe to drive.
Great customer service, very convenient and friendly staff, took care of us on a very short notice, will recommend to family and friends.
The truck was filthy and the smell was horrible. We had to wash the whole inside out before putting anything in it, because of the feces smeared throughout and the broken glass scattered around. I guess that's why the guy didn't open it up or review with me before I took it, my fault for not checking first.
While dropping off there was a guy yelling at us for not parking at the location which was so narrow in between other two uhaul vehicles. Plus the truck had an odor of cigarettes and the vehicle driver side door was not working properly, you just have to slammed hard to just make it work and sometime while driving even though the door was locked it was saying driver side door was not locked and beeping while driving
The truck smelled terrible. There was food particles under the seat & was in need of being vacuumed.

The attendant was rushing me out of the store trying to tend to other customers. I picked up the truck after 4:45pm and ended up not being able to use it (to pick up a large sectional) and returned before the 6pm closing. My wife called about safemove being added and then I had to call to get that added $14 removed. We will use a different location even if further away.
Nothing, customer service was excellent.
The staff was not friendly I was overcharged and when I call the three (3) numbers that I was able to obtain......the hold time exceeds a reasonable time and no human ever comes to the line and if I'm on too long, waiting, the call will disconnect. I have been overcharged and this is the only bad experience that I have had with your company. Being overcharged at a time of financial difficulty for me is a deal breaker.
