Karen SI chose an online check in instead of in person so I didn’t think anyone was waiting on me. The man called me when I was 30 minutes late and was extremely rude to me. When I arrived I went to the wrong place so I called and he rudely said use your gps. When I did find him, he glared at me and then asked me why I made a 9am appointment when I wasn’t keeping it. Now he missed his Dr appt because of me. He was so rude and unprofessional.
