Your site could use some work. Not enough info on multi day rental, or very confusing info between messaging recourse people (many could not answer simple questions) and on line info.

Have the computer system work so I could use cc . Have a ice scraper in the truck. Clean up the office area. Person was very nice and did what he could with non working uhaul computers.

No one was at the office, door locked. We parked the truck, dropped the keys in the lock box and left.

I arrived to pick up the trailer and the woman who accepted my payment didn't know how to hook up the trailer, neither did I. There was no one there to check to make sure my truck was acceptable to tow that specific trailer. The trailer tongue was on the ground, I had to lift the weight of the tongue of the trailer to connect it to the hitch on my truck, neither of us could figure out how to finish the connection and at this point I couldn't remove the trailer from the truck. Several times I asked her to call the owner or call someone to help us out, finally she made a call after she advised me to try to flag a passing vehicle down to see if they could figure out the connection. The man who showed up after she called was able to finish connecting the trailer, unfortunately I was injured lifting the tongue of the trailer to place it on my truck. (those trailers should have a pull down wheel and not be placed on the ground) I rented a 12' x 6' enclosed trailer. The woman was not able to help lift due to her having back injuries. I have rented several trailers from UHAUL over the past year, and have the need to rent trailers in the future. This location is very convenient for me, but I will have to go to another location to ensure I have the help I need to hook up the trailer to the vehicle.

Dropped the trailer off after hours. We were not sure where exactly to put it. We noticed two on the street and chose to put in the lot with the others.

Dennis does a GREAT job. He makes sure the trailer hitch is safely secured and I keep the UHaul contract in my truck. Thank you! Brian
