The windshield has multiple cracks in it as well the check engine light is on. Needs servicing before renting again

PAUL P.After confirmation with customer service via phone and a confirmation email the day prior to the reservation, the key was not left in the lock box. Being the reservation and move was at 6am on a Sunday there was very limited options. We had to rent from another company and our move was significantly delayed.
