Convenient location and service
David GCharged me way to much and was not doing there part they over charged me
JELISSA SNothing wrong with location or gentleman that took care of me. But I planned this move out and when I got there, your site was down which almost prevented me from getting a truck. I had movers on the way that I scheduled and paid for and without a truck this was going to highly effect my day. You need to have some back up system put in place to get people their reserved trucks without your site. I was delayed by 30 mins. And that took away 30 mins from my movers that I still had to pay for even though I didn’t have a truck.
KARI WAny time I pick up at a gas station it is a challenge and time consuming. This location was no different except it was U-Haul as a company that prohibited the rental manager from providing me quick service. Despite his and my multiple attempts to contact customer service to release the truck I still give him a 10/10. The truck was newer and clean which put him above my two recent rentals
