My pickup location was changed the day before my move date. Not sure why?? I guess because the pickup location didn’t open until 10. I had to change the pickup time to accommodate U-Haul.

From pickup to drop off, the process was extremely good. I have put items in storage and will be inclined to use U-Haul when we are ready to move those items into our new home.
Robert LBrij the owner helped me through the process of receiving the truck. It was fast with the UHAUL link provided. The labeling on the truck should have indicated that the check-in procedure is done by phone not at the counter. Fortunately, the staff told me to do it on the phone. If they hadn't, I would have been responsible for going over time and an extra day of rental despite only using it for 3 hours when I scheduled rental for 4 hours. Thank you to Brij and his staff at Old Tyme Liquors for making the process simple. Your location is neat and pristine as well as your trucks.
Randhir GThe truck was THE worst U-Haul I’ve ever rented. The box leaked and everything got wet. Blankets were left opened and soaked from the previous renter. Horrible experience. The location and the shop that rented the truck was so nice and accommodating and equipment was just terrible.
Marc KA new U-Haul location, so they were not really ready to receive the return yet, but the employee called the manager immediately. Great location if they can get everything setup.
