THE GENTLEMAN THAT TOOK CARE OF MY RENTAL WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL FROM THE TIME I RENTED THE TRUCK TO THE TIME I RETURNED IT. HE WAS MY REP FROM START TO FINISH. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE ABOUT MY WHOLE TRANSACTION. I APPRECIATE HIS KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALIZIAM. Michael RI cannot find Key Dropbox at that location but the liquor store is opened at the time of my return so I had to go inside and hand over to store manager/in charge. So, I am not sure how you return the key at hours that store is closed.
Kyaw MThey didn't have moving blanket at the location I had to find another location with them. They seem inexperienced and had difficulty with the rental process
