Glennallen - was great, but lacked experience. I was charged for extra days because it was not brought to my attention that the 1 way only goes two days, when done remotely, and not for the entire time of my original reservation. Issue to ask the customer how many days to avoid the extra day(s) charge. My original local reservation, made about a month prior, fell through due a U haul customer issue that wreck the trailer. I still feel that I should not have to pay the extra day charge, just a normal day charge because of my original reservation
