I picked up the truck and it was almost out of gas. I requested a dolly and charged $7, and there wasn't one in the truck. I returned within the 5 hour requested window and was charged an after hours fee of $20.00? This is a fully remote operation so not sure how the $20 fee was justified.

John AA little more info that there is not an attendant on site would have been helpful. The brakes on the Van were a little spongey, and the interior was a little dusty from previous user.
