There is no physical person at this location and the guy I spoke to was rude. 1) we did not pick this location but the App moved us here. 2) There was supposed to be a Dolly on the truck there was not. I also ordered 5 dozen pads. The guy on the phone said there should be five dozen on the truck and there was one dozen and he thought I was lying to him. 3). Then I had to go to another location and get the dolly and the other four dozen pads. Why can’t U-Haul which provides a service be prepared

U-Haul should highlight to potential customers that this location has no actual office and that it’s just a make-shift parking lot in a gross location. Upon picking up truck, the key was not in the key box so had to call around to for 20+ minutes to resolve. The guy blamed it on the prior customer. However when I returned the truck, the key was in the correct “key return” box and U-Haul hadn’t move it to the correct “pick up” box. You also have to upload your drivers license pictures and input credit card info multiple times which is annoying.

TORRIA B********* CONSUMER WARNING - PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PICKING UP FROM THIS LOCATION - LEHIGH YARD ******** IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION NO STARS, I WOULD. THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO HELP MUCH, INDICATING THAT "I CAN'T BE ON MY PHONE"....WHAT?????? THEN, THERE WAS NO FURNITURE DOLLY, WHICH I WAS CHARGED FOR, WHEN I CALLED HIM HE SAID I CAN DRIVE 15 MINUTES FURTHER TO ANOTHER UHAUL TO PICK IT UP MYSELF. When I got to the other UHaul, the guy at the desk said they don't typically do that and he wasn't sure why I was sent there, but out of the kindness of his heart and how he saw I was being treated he let me borrow one and asked that I please bring it back, which of course I did. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LEHIGH PLACE DOES NOT HAVE PARKING SO IF YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE, YOU RUN THE RISK OF BEING TOWED. It's just a bunch of trucks and nowhere to park without that risk. I asked the guy at the Lehigh location if my car was safe and he said "I can't promise you that your car is safe here, so you need to take it with you".....WHAT???????????????? How am I supposed to take my car with me, when I'm picking up a freakin TRUCK!!!!!! Please reconsider if you receive a call that you need to pick up from here, or if you schedule a pick up from here. I will NEVER work with this person or location ever again.
Rosa DThe check in process was miserable in really cold weather. I did all the registration the day before. Photo of myself, drivers license and had NO idea I would have to do it all over again at the location. It took awhile to get to customer service and she was really good but the whole process took 30 minutes, which delayed our move.
