Clean the van, provide clear space to leave customer car, fix mobile and web app to work every time (needed to refresh/close apps/sign out and back in several times for forms to accept input/proceed). Took 45 minutes between my own tinkering and customer support to assist in figuring issues out. There was another customer in the parking lot having the same issues. I provided guidance that support gave me, then I had to provide the number so they could also call. The phone number provided in my order does not work. There is a sign at the location that says to call the number on the sign, but there is no number on the sign. Was not an issue for me, but one of the lock boxes were broken and a key was accessible.

I had a terrible experience with this rental. I have used uhaul in the past and never have experienced anything like this. The truck was filthy and required a thorough cleaning before I could even use it. I am still yet to receive a call for a resolution
Matthew M2 charges to CC. No response to the extra gas that was filled. No offset for the extra gas. Upon pick up 30 miles or less in tank. Check in system was flawed too 40 min to figure out. You basically do the work in absence of a employee.
David GThe truck was not safe to drive. Completely bald tires. I have pics. Headlights pointed in strange directions. Lots of warning beepers and lights. And I did not get the blankets I ordered but was still charged for them.
Scott KThe app generally worked well, but wouldn't allow me to extend the time, and then when it was too late indicated another family was waiting for the vehicle, which would have been good to know earlier (there wasn't anyone waiting when I arrive, which was a relief).
