A little more info that there is not an attendant on site would have been helpful. The brakes on the Van were a little spongey, and the interior was a little dusty from previous user.

The u-haul app was very confusing during pick up. We needed to start over 3 times in the freezing cold and had to call for assistance. I’m a computer programmer and your application needs some serious streamlining!
Chuck GFraud pride match suggestion over the phone, then overcharged. No contactable after that. Avoid this location.
Jongpil PI should have checked and was not aware this location has no office. The mobile application did not work properly and it was an extremely frustrating and difficult experience to pickup the truck. The truck was fine but the process to pickup and return was extremely poor.
