I felt overwhelmed with the mobile option, so I decided to try with someone else to help set up everything before take the truck. U-Haul changed my location, truck size and how to get the truck (mobile or in-person) I tried to call the number the U-Haul told me to, but no answered. I just don’t like it honestly. I thought it was easier or supposed to be.
PRISCILA BThere is no physical person at this location and the guy I spoke to was rude. 1) we did not pick this location but the App moved us here. 2) There was supposed to be a Dolly on the truck there was not. I also ordered 5 dozen pads. The guy on the phone said there should be five dozen on the truck and there was one dozen and he thought I was lying to him. 3). Then I had to go to another location and get the dolly and the other four dozen pads. Why can’t U-Haul which provides a service be prepared
Nicholas HU-Haul should highlight to potential customers that this location has no actual office and that it’s just a make-shift parking lot in a gross location. Upon picking up truck, the key was not in the key box so had to call around to for 20+ minutes to resolve. The guy blamed it on the prior customer. However when I returned the truck, the key was in the correct “key return” box and U-Haul hadn’t move it to the correct “pick up” box. You also have to upload your drivers license pictures and input credit card info multiple times which is annoying.
Jonathan HReturning the truck was not pleasant or anything like what explained to me upon renting the truck. There were no personnel at the drop off.
