The truck did not have anything I ordered in it and things that I didn't order in it. And yet you charged me. It was filthy, and it stank, overall, it was a piece of trash

sarah tAlthough this was a non-staffed location for trucks only, the process was fairly smooth and the equipment was in great shape and located near me. The only thing that was a little concerning was when I called the number, I had to leave a voicemail, which is always troubling when you are waiting at a location. But, I got a call back almost immediately and the my question was resolved - so all worked out great.

Brian BThere should be a maybe button on would you recommend this location to a friend. My issue maybe wasn't so much with the location but the truck was in bad shape and that I tried calling the phone number and nobody answered so I had to call Uhaul's number. The other issue was if you didn't know that there would be nobody there and you're a little bit older and not used to using apps like my parents they would totally be at a loss at that point and struggling.
