The interior of the cab was not very clean. Gravel on the floor mats and over all dirt throughout the cab

This location is around the corner from our destination. We picked up the trailer on 6/26. We turned it in early morning, 9:00 am, on 6/28. We called prior to going to the drop location. No one answered the phone, left message on answering machine. We left the car trailer next to another trailer. Took an dozen pictures to show the trailer having been returned. Received follow up documentation that states the trailer was return 6/30/2025, no new charges applied. Unfortunately, this is the same as last time. Are you sure you want this person reflecting your business?

Lynne MThey were great! We had a mix up on the return date of the U-Haul (definitely my error) and they were kind, courteous and human! I was embarrassed that I had messed up and he went above and beyond to alleviate my worries! I would absolutely recommend them! It was nice to have a human to speak to instead of an automated system!
