I booked this location for 8am as we had a schedule, however the key was not in the lockbox, when I called the very unhelpful customer service located somewhere in the US, I was told to try the second lockbox, which there was no key inside. I asked if my reservation could be changed to the Bayers Lake location but was told ahe could return my hold of apprx $800 on my credit card but it would take a couple of days...and that i could go to the other location but they would put another hold on my card so I would be out 1600 dollars on Saturday. My only option was to wait until the Lacewood location opened at 10am putting me 2 hours behind schedule! I waited and at 10am I went to the Location and the girl behind the counter reached behind her on the wall and said oh sorry the person who was working the night before forgot to put the keys in the lockbox! There was no offer of compensation or anything for my inconvenience. Then I finally get to the truck, the tire service light is on, the check engine light was on and the seat felt.like it was letting go on the left side. I had a good experience with UHaul last Thursday at Bayers Lale but I will NEVER use the Lacewood location ever again! I know this is a big business but it would have felt better and that you appreciate your customers if somw compensation was offered as none of this was my fault but the complete fault of an incompetent employee!

Nicolas LWe left the van with the deposit filled up slightly above the 7/8th mark, which is slightly higher than we received it. The person at the shop didn't want to inspect the van, then later on charged us 40 dollars claiming the deposit was at 3/4. Unacceptable. Won't go back there. Will avoid u-haul in the future if the charge isn't removed.
Hugo FU-Haul use to be cheaper then hiring a mover. it really not worth the effort to use them. I will not be using them ever again and do not. The pay for labor only companies the have on their site is expensive also. I do not recommend them. I could have hired a mover to do my job much cheaper and faster. I will not be using any of these ever again for a move.
