The count of moving blankets that I was given in sealed plastic must have been wrong because when I returned them, the return count was off by 1 and they tried to charge me an exorbitant fee for not returning all rented blankets. I know every blanket was returned. They eventually said they’d refund the penalty charge for this, but we’ll see if it actually comes thru on my card or not. Lesson learned: open the plastic bag and count the blankets before leaving the rental site; don’t trust you got the right number just because they are packaged up.

EDMUND RUpon returning the unit - I was charged a $15 cleaning fee. The u it was not dirty in any way. It did not rain nor did I go through any mud or dirt. The inside was clean too. I carried 6 items in the back. The only thing in the back was the 11 blankets that I rented. 6 of them were packaged in the bag I received as I never used them. I called for 3 days as the phones were broken - I was told. I asked about the $15 fee and the gentleman could not explain but promised me a call back with the answer. That was 4 days ago. Very disappointed as they are just trying to make more $ out of me dishonesty.
