I used U=HAUL within the last month, and the service was OUTSTANDING. The manager on William Street in Goldsboro, NC did not have the trailer that I needed, but he set me up to get the trailer at another location where the service was also outstanding.

Matika JI had this location to return when i reserved it on line. When i picked up they said a place 24 miles each way. I said no and they put none will call to drop off. I had to call customer service and they transfered to another person. She understood i was renting Uhaul storeage 4 blocks away on same road that i wanted to return this. She was great and appreciated.
