The. Truck has numinous issues, nonworking left headlight,leaking roof, etc. The guy from the return location said that based on the keychain, the truck is supposed to only be rented for local use only, not supposed to be for 400 miles trip like mine. I would say truck with safely issue should not be rented out, or at least make the customer aware that it should not be driven at night!

RHONDA D.I contacted the location and ask if it would be ok for me to be a little late returning the unit and was told it would not be a problem. I was not informed it would cost me another days rental. I have called them again and have been told that they had no option available to them to not charge for another day. This should have been stated up front. My daughter and I are both senior citizens and it took us a little longer to load and unload the truck than we thought.
