The location was OK U-haul in general is just another big corporation with BS policies designed to screw the customer and make a buck. Will NEVER use U-Haul again. I’ll find another option.
Sean RCost was waaaaay too high for less than 24 hour usage and dealing with the renter only by phone, hooking up and dropping off by myself (as a woman) was very difficult, but i managed!
SHIRENA GThe gawhd damn insulation by the gas pedal was busted on both sides. We had flames scorching our legs. Straight hot air SHOOTING at them. We had to adjust it as we drove. It would wiggle out of place in minutes. Please find this or add another layer to protect the legs/ redirect the air
