this one scammed me out of extra funds saying was for after hours drop off fee but in fact I ended up dropping it off early because I ended up not even using the equipment. I even called to get refund on extra charge and he did say he would refund but never did...

Mark PFirst, the truck I reserved weeks prior was not able to be accessed. While someone was supposed to be onsite that morning, no one was there. It took a good 20-30 minutes to get assistance by phone, and the lady who helped me was very good and got me into another truck. However, we left an hour later than planned due to not being able to access the truck we reserved. We were charged a late fee for returning it late, and additional gas charge, even though we put the appropriate amount of gas in the truck prior to returning. I called the phone number and left a message describing my concerns and didn't' receive a call back. at this point I will blast them on every site that I can and NOT recommend them, due to how we were treated. We weren't' the only ones who had issues that day. The other family ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Pitiful pathetic service, very dissapointed in UHAUL.
