I have no idea what was the meter was but I was charged over 500 for a one way trip with no where to drop off U Haul then charged for driving to the nearest location I will be asking for a refund

Please issue a refund . I rented an appliance dolly and a regular dolly and it wasn't on the truck. When i went to turn in the truck it still charged me for both even though i stated in the pickup that i didn't have it.

Joyce DThe check in process was awful! No one was there. You had to get a code on their app to access the keys and we kept getting an “error message” and had to call the hotline to get the code. Very frustrating start to a day of moving. They also charged me for two dollies when I only received one. Not worth the headache to call! Keep the $7! I will not use this location in the future.
