Not alot of room for drop if full wasn't given gate code for after hours and it's not well lit at all...Get security lights and more space
Frozella DI didn't interact with anyone at the facility as it was just a drop-off that was all electronic.
PATRICK MI explained to staff multiple times that the tank was full now. However, when we picked it up it was only above half. I showed her the picture and asked that it be corrected per the U-Haul at University City in Philadelphia. She told me she would take of it. After viewing the picture. Clearly the picture shows the tank was half full in the U-Haul parking lot in Philadelphia. She told me she'd take care of it, however last evening I got a charge for 3 gallons of gas. I dispute this fact because when I picked it up it was half full and I returned it on full. Regardless, if it was the 3 gallon short I was still above and shouldn't have been charged. Very disappointed
NICHOLAS CEverything was fine. The lady at the desk was very nice, extremely helpful and funny. The vehicle was clean and looked awesome. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
