Ronnie KThe app told me to drop my truck off at 8 am even though the store did not open until 9 which was also confusing. I did not want to leave the key in the drop box and get charged a convenience fee, which I also think is absurd for this company to charge people since you have the truck for 24 hours and may not be able to make it to back within office hours to hand the key to someone. The cleaning lady ended up being there early and was extremely helpful when I dropped my truck off. I had to end up cleaning the truck even though it wasn’t my mess because this location emphasized cleanliness, which I admire and appreciate since I picked up a dirty truck elsewhere.
