The place has nothing to do with it. I did a mobile or non person pick up. Was not prepared at all for what I would have to do. I could have verified myself earlier that day, the day before or days before. I was going to pick up the truck. Had no clue what I was in for or how long it would take. I'm outside in the sun....answering question after question after question. How long is this going to take? How many more questions? Now they want.....a lease, an employer, contact of someone else???? What the hell is this. I just want to rent a truck. No one prepared me for this nonsense. Oh ....take a picture of my license AND THEN enter my driver's license number and dates?! YOU HAVE A PICTURE OF MY LICENSE ....WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER INFO FROM SOMETHING YOU HAVE A PICTURE OF NOW? I COULD HAVE DONE ALL OF THIS NONSENSE BEFORE IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD SO I'M NOT TRYING TO DO THIS THE DAY OF IN THE OUTSIDE HEAT IN THE MIDDLE OF A PARKING LOT. Ok, is this it? No. You just wait some amount of time while we verify. Is this going to be a minute......5 minutes.....20 minutes??!?! The lack of communication and clearly laying out all the steps, how long etc put me in a bad mood. Now I know for next time.....but this company is springing this on every person who rents a truck?! Wow. Ok......I have the code. Let me keep reading. Ok...lock box 3. What are they talking about. Let me walk around the truck. Is there a key lock on the truck. Let me walk around. Nope. Where is it? What is this app talking about? What? Where? Oh........there are some boxes by the front door of the place. Maybe that's it. Stupid me. I didn't decode the extremely lacking in details instructions that didn't say anything about where these boxes would be. I believe it said ....locate the box. How about telling me where I should look to decide. Boy....this is infuriating. Broken glass in the back of the truck. Not a lot...but enough that we had to sweep and blow out the back. Floor of truck was a little dirty. Not a big deal, but i definitely said no when asked if I received the truck clean. Not going to pin this dirt on me. And it stank of weed maybe???????

Bernard JThe location was OK U-haul in general is just another big corporation with BS policies designed to screw the customer and make a buck. Will NEVER use U-Haul again. I’ll find another option.
