The check in process was awful! No one was there. You had to get a code on their app to access the keys and we kept getting an “error message” and had to call the hotline to get the code. Very frustrating start to a day of moving. They also charged me for two dollies when I only received one. Not worth the headache to call! Keep the $7! I will not use this location in the future.

Jason Mordered furniture pad which were not in the truck. took me almost 3 hrs to get my pads. of course it was an electronic check-in so no one was there to help. and it was 30 minutes from my desired pickup location
David DWe requested an after hours pick up of a 20’ truck. When we arrived the truck was not set up for after hours pick up. The UHaul 800 number was able to switch us to a larger truck but as a result I also had to go buy moving blankets since the ones I ordered weren’t on the truck.
