The app told me to drop my truck off at 8 am even though the store did not open until 9 which was also confusing. I did not want to leave the key in the drop box and get charged a convenience fee, which I also think is absurd for this company to charge people since you have the truck for 24 hours and may not be able to make it to back within office hours to hand the key to someone. The cleaning lady ended up being there early and was extremely helpful when I dropped my truck off. I had to end up cleaning the truck even though it wasn’t my mess because this location emphasized cleanliness, which I admire and appreciate since I picked up a dirty truck elsewhere.

Marcus CI was charged the wrong rate. I rented a 15’ truck and charged for 20’ truck. I was told it would be fixed but they couldn’t reach customer service and that it would be fixed before I return the truck. It was never fixed.
Michael AThis wasn’t user friendly! I will never rent a u haul again if I have to do it on line! It was very difficult to do! I kept having to repeat steps because it wasn’t downloading my pics! I hated this experience!
