MICHAEL RI have a small balloon business and I rent from here often. This was a horrible experience because the van was absolutely disgusting and I had no choice but to take it because of professional jobs I had waiting and no other van available. There was not even time to clean it. The back has stuff spilled all over with dirt sticking in the sticky spills, the can was so dirty on the outside I could barely see out the windshield, and the cab STUNK with thick sticky goo spilled all over and trash & clothing shoved behind the seats. But to make it more palpable someone put a NASTY air freshener in it to cover the smells, which I’m allergic to. I went in to discuss it and best I could get was for the agent to come out and get the trash out. It’s horrible. I had to hose off the van myself, line the truck with plastic and then put down blankets to be able to transport my balloons. I’m a regular renter, and I don’t ever get the van dirty… it’s just unacceptable to give someone a vehicle in this condition.
