Dennis CIt was all good , but maybe have an earlier pickup time . 9am is a late pickup time .. but they were friendly and helpful.
Duane rThis location was good, our frustration is not with Northern Door but with U-Haul in general - when we reserved the trailer we requested to pick up in Grand Forks but were called and told we had to go to Grafton which was a 45 min drive away. During our stay in Grand Forks there were plenty of the same trailer sitting in the U-Haul dealership in Grand Forks, this was beyond frustrating to have to take 2 hour round trip out of our day to do this. Grafton dealer was accommodating and pick up went smoothly
