Louise DI have rented numerous time from the Jclyd Morris location and always had the vehicle for the alotted time. I was only allowed to rent pick up for 4 hrs and had to pay full price?
Gary MGot charges $155 for gas, I was not informed by anyone that the tank needed to be filled up upon return. I have never had this issue before. And it is an outrageous fee and robbery on UHaul’s end. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!
