I only had to use the GW Memorial Hwy location because UHAUL as a company moved my initial pickup location. I had selected a place 3 miles from where I was, instead, UHAUL put me 50 miles and a ferry ride from my location. The customer support found me this location, which was only 15 miles from where I was.

The truck had the tire pressure gage on the dashboard. The location where I picked up from was good. No complaints there. My complaint is with your app and the pickup process. Your app is the worst thing I’ve ever seen. The camera to take a headshot when checking in never works. It shouldn’t be difficult for people to pickup their vehicles with self service yet Uhal manages to make it 10x more difficult than necessary. I had to call customer service and we verified 3x that my camera settings were set correctly on my phone. Bottom line is your app sucks. Fix it or you’ll lose customers hand over fist
Lauren RFix your bloody app. And change your registration steps so that the customer can input details like their headshot, photos of their license and other pickup details at the time of reservation, so that pickup only requires getting the keys. I was delayed for an hour because your app wouldn’t work. I also called U-Haul support 2x and was hung up on 2x. My phones photos settings were not the problem; we determined that your app was the problem on both calls before I was rudely dropped. You’ve lost a customer due to this horrible experience.

Cleanest facility I have ever seen. This location really prides itself in customer service. Danielle assisted me and was so helpful. Stor Moore and Uhaul are lucky to have her! I will definitely return and recommend this location to all of my friends and family.
