Guy was new to renting. Had to Google every step of it, including how to hook up and lights, etc. my original pickup got changed last minute and given I had a strict timeline for my move, I was stuck with what he gave me. And what he gave me was a graffitied trailer that had vulgarities spray painted on one side. And a rear tail light that wouldn’t work at all - and the other one never shut off, I had to disconnect every night when I stopped. This trailer shouldn’t have been allowed on the road, let alone charge someone full price to rent. Over $400 and I had to drive this across the country. I risked traffic violations for 3 days because of the lights. I’m livid and really deserve a huge refund. Even the guys at UHaul at my drop off location were mortified.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst off get the name of the drop off location correct. There was no signage stating Uhaul affiliation no J&S General Store. It was under a different name. At least the address was correct!
