The owner of this location was friendly, and very patient. The truck was clean but the right passenger door seal kept coming off. There was no physical debit/credit machine on site so the transaction didn’t go as smoothly as it could have. There is still a pending charge on our credit card from Uhaul that needs to be canceled because it already went through once. Not related to this location: We initially requested a 10’ truck from a location close to our home and it was approved. Then we were upgraded to a 26’ truck without being informed which we refused because it was too big for the driver and would require more gas causing more expenses. Refusing that truck resulted in us having to travel 2 hours (4 hours return) to pick up a smaller truck-on packing day! It was a rough experience in that respect.
