This location was helpful at first as there was a mix up for the drop off day. The last I spoke to Tuesday night told me she would wave the $40 and allow me to return it Wednesday by 9 am. It was returned with more gas than I got it with, and 8:45am. Overall not a good experience with UHaul and it made my big move much more stressful

You put the Dolly in the truck..... right in the way of the loading door. I moved it out of the way so I could load - a full load.... but used my own dolly. THEN YOU CHARGE ME FOR IT......!!!!!! I want a refund of the dolly fee.
