Took an hour to get my UHaul. I was asked to maybe just leave and come back later or tomorrow since the person working didn’t know how to check my reservation. The person at the location realized the UHaul site was down so she told me that I needed to call, find out why it was down and figure out what we needed to do. No one told me anything about recording mileage. When I got in the car and turned it on, it had a quarter of a tank of gas. I drove it less than 20 miles and I’m being charged for a tank of gas! My vehicle I was given has a ton of broken glass in the back, ashes in the cab and smelled liked smoke, an empty Swisher Sweets wrapper in the cab. It was disgusting and the location did not clean it before renting it again. They should not be a dealer

NGHIA NI did not get the dolly that I paid for with the truck. SUPER DISAPPOINTED as I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment.
Deven BThis location was confusing. It was a small mall location with several stores. The drop off point was a party store. No good signage did not think I was in the correct location. There was no uhual trucks, trailers or storage unit. The worker was very helpful. The location was clean but very confusing and not inviting.
