Employee was not knowledgeable on the u-haul procedures, didn’t know the protocols and steps to rent it to a costumer. Trailer hitch was on the ground, so attaching it to a vehicle is not costumer friendly especially if it was a costumer who is not able to physically lift it onto the vehicle. I would recommend other locations before this one.

KIRSTIN MRan card 10 times for different amounts. Returned vehicle before due time under miles paid for wirh gas back at correct level. Told dispute was being addressed. Mind you this is a week or more later all of a sudden they are trying to get a 3rd day payment. Let's not even address the fact it stated $20 refund if truck is cleaned which it was. Unacceptable biz practices
MARGIE NAbsolutely no shocks and over charged me on my final Bill as well as charged me for fuel that i personally paid and put in the UHAUL myself.
Ida LWe did mobile drop off, so no personnel was needed. The only issue - someone is using this parking space as a toilet and from the odor strength I can say right before our arrival.
