I was over charged for 2 extra days. I returned the truck when they were closed and apparently when I returned it through the app it did not work so it was checked in after the holiday weekend.
NICHOLAS AThe guy checking me out didn’t know how to charge one cent for the trailer deal I agreed to. He used .10 instead of .01. Very sad to have an employee that doesn’t know the difference.
Jordan SThe representative was very nice, communicated all pertinent information and the location was very close which made it extremely convenient. The only improvement I would suggest would be to have one more truck that is a size up. Other than that, everything was fantastic.
