DEAJAME BThe access and return process was horrible I was told that UHaul was having systems issues 1) took 20 minutes for system to accept my photo 2) vehicle covered in snow and no snow scraper in vehicle 3) return process was just as bad. Would not accept picture of odometer. After 20 minutes called U-Haul and that is when I found out about systems issues If use U-Haul in the future, will make sure I use a location with people
