The representative was very nice, communicated all pertinent information and the location was very close which made it extremely convenient. The only improvement I would suggest would be to have one more truck that is a size up. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Nothing. The girl at the counter was great. Everything was ready when needed. Very positive experience during a crazy week.
Douglas DThe person helping us was great. But the customer before us did not bring the truck back on time which delayed our session a bit. My advice is not to rent out trucks right up to the same time the next customer is picking it up. That person was supposed to have it back by 9 and our pickup time was also 9. There should be a gap. It all worked out and she handled the situation well.
