The customer service was great. Due to some last minute scheduling availability - they were able to accommodate a pick up about 30 minutes after official close of the business. Just a very nice person and location to work with. Will use them again.

Everything was amazing!
BRENDA LWe used the key drop box on a day U-Haul was closed (Labor Day) so we did not deal with any personnel.
DANIEL EHaving a large enough key return slot so that your keys actually fit through would be an awesome idea for you. Also, maybe have staff that works out the this location so when people have issues they don’t have to chase down U-Haul customer service to always find a work around for your crappy set up morons.
Scott RThe tires on the trailer had very little tread left on them. I did not notice this until we were on the road, at a gas stop. I would have expected the rental facility to inspect the tires of a trailer before renting it out.
