william wUsing the app to check out takes longer than if I walk in to the counter. The app is only useful if you're not in a hurry and it's after hours. Normally when I pick up from this location and I walk in and am assisted at the counter, I'm on my way in less than five minutes. With the app, it took over 20 minutes to check out. I purposely chose an after hours pick up time to use the app. Unless I absolutely need to rent after hours, I will not likely use it again.
DWIGHT QUhaul parked at richter storage but the uhaul apps gps coordinates are set to richter realty. You have to go to a different location across and down the street just to get the sign in and check out process started. 5 other people at this location having the same issue. Not sure how this has not been fixed…
Mason WThe easiest Uhaul rental place to work with. I go out of my way just to rent a Uhaul from Richter Storage because I know the wait time is minimal.
