Used the application to self rent the truck, and it took over an hour and a half to finish. I had to enter my information three times because the application restarted by itself or didn't have a next button to continue. The tutorial makes it sound easy, but the application is hosed! First off, I shouldn't have had to self rent, because I had my reservation set for operational hours somewhere else. I was called an hour before pick up that I had to get my vehicle from another location. The good thing was, the vehicle was new with a bit over 500 miles on it! Even after doing the app through my phone, I had to call customer service to see what they needed next and to obtain the key to the truck.

william wUsing the app to check out takes longer than if I walk in to the counter. The app is only useful if you're not in a hurry and it's after hours. Normally when I pick up from this location and I walk in and am assisted at the counter, I'm on my way in less than five minutes. With the app, it took over 20 minutes to check out. I purposely chose an after hours pick up time to use the app. Unless I absolutely need to rent after hours, I will not likely use it again.
