The representative and the sales rep: Brandon Vazquez were both unqualified to handle the pick up. I had created an online registration to be picked up in my town and received a call that it had been moved to another town because there were no trucks available in my town. The local uhaul rep that we use called later that day stating that he had trucks and didn't understand why it was changed. He later called back and told me that he could not change it back to his location because it was from corporate or sales that changed it.. this was a huge inconvenience for me and I was lied to by the company and then I had to wait forever for the rep to process the pick up, with the sales rep on the phone telling her step by step on the computer... I have rented from uhaul for years now and never will again. I was bold face lied to so someone could train someone to work for you... I do not believe in dishonesty... you have lost a customer.
