The truck was dirty both inside the cab and the back. It was not swept out and still had the previous renters screws/hardware all over. I was also unhappy that when I arrived to pick up the truck, I was notified that they did not have the furniture pads I had ordered with the truck. I would not have rented from this location if I knew they did not have pads. The only solution they gave, and U haul customer service, was to drive 25 minute in the opposite direction to see if another U haul center had pads. That is exactly what I had to do to find pads to complete my move. I had to go to three different locations before finding pads. U haul's system should never had allowed me to reserve pads if the location cannot provide them. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with U haul and I will seek other options before using U haul in the future.
