I was told this was a 24 hour drop off. I drove into town really late and really didn’t have a good spot to keep the trailer overnight. I went to drop it off and there was nowhere to drop it off. Everything was gated and locked up. I called the phone number and left a message and nobody ever responded to me not even the next day. I had to wait until the next morning when they opened around 9 AM to finally return it. This was extremely inconvenient as it sent me back on travel time. Should be 24 hour return like I was told. Ridiculous.
