I just have to say that Kyle was amazing. U-Haul wanted me to switch location to Southlake and Kyle came to my rescue. He was very courteous professional and if I had a similar job that was hiring, I would definitely hire Kyle.

Paris NI was told I could check in at a counter and determine my exact dropoff location by discussing with an agent. By the time I arrived, they had changed it to a self-checkin. The process went fairly well but there was confusion about where I could drop off the truck at my destination. This could have been helped by having a human to talk with.
